  The Watchtower can't turn a profit on their printed material so now real estate investments and capitalization of a cheap indoctrinated labor force seems to be the new direction forced upon them to maintain financial solvency and turn a profit bottom line, and serving Jehovah is just a selling tool to keep the money coming in as they control his vocal cords with their hands up his ass.

  They are buying and selling real estate to milk the rank and file for every thing they can get out of them in free labor and more contributions.

  Insurance Policies, Churches and Child Sex Abuse Claims

  in 2011, the vienna presbyterian church in vienna, virginia, chose to apologize to the victims of abuse at the hands of a church employee.

  the story was spoke about here on a past thread.. the church chose to apologize in spite of that decision affecting whether or not the insurance policy would cover the abuse payout.. the following pdf discusses how that church's decision would have been influenced by the insurance company:.

  I would think that 'if' the Watchtower had insurance that would cover these cash payouts, the insurance premium must be astronomically high especially after Candace Conti won her case.

  I seriously doubt they have any such insurance.

  Freedom of speech can only guarantee an audience of one

  in my house i feel that freedom of speech is important but it can only guarantee an audience of one.

  i know women need to vent and i try to give them as much space as possible without interjecting any judgement on the validity of what is been vented in other words i give space for these events as best i could and try to listen with an open mind because there truely is a message there some where but i admit i'm a dense male to the female of our species.

  but i tend to shy away from over venting and cringe at being subjected to them and so while a person has the right to free speech in my house they don't have the right to an audience of more than one.

  Lets not get too personal here as I don't wish to. Maybe a little reading between the lines might be in order. What I'm saying I guess in a nut shell is too much venting can only guarantee an audience of one and count me out as an attendee.

  I feel that children need to feel free to say what ever is on their mind and not fear their parents anger at what they say and feel but what they say will be looked at with respect for the opinion expressed.

  Of course that type of condition is idea and unsupported by the bible wise sayings of beat your kid if they piss you off and don't follow orders.

  Anti-JW billboard going up in Texas

  the first ever billboard has been crowd funded on reddit and will be going up.

  i'm curious to know if it will cause a spark in any jw's who already have questions or doubts and lead them to research into the child abuse cases and lead them to the thought that the wt and gb are not inspired or gods mouthpiece.

  at the very least it will provide people a topic of conversation and questions to the jw's who knock on their door: "so whats this whole sex abuse in kingdom halls thing about i saw on the billboard down the road?

  I think this bill board is a good investment in fact.

  I think this type of thing may catch on and in strategic places this could do a lot to reform these old codgers on the GB and make them do something substancial in the way of protecting the children. This sign certainly puts the GB's ass in a sling and rubbing their collective noses in it.

  one reason is because the governing body's policies allow them to run loose in the congregation with their secrecy/kangaroo courts.

  .

  to keep jehovah's name untarnished(organization sock puppet) they have put the little rank and file member at risk.. one member of the gb was a child molester.. sexual repression also seems to aggravate the situation and make matters worse.. the governing body main concern is not children but how to keep the scam going and so if they can get the victim to shut up and not go to the police as it offers a temporary fix.. etc.....

  so the fade is progressing well.... however, it has been noticed by the 'hounders', who i know will be "following up" with us soon i'm sure.. so i have thought of a way of shutting down the questions etc.... if they ask about things like meeting attendance and field activity, i am going to say something like:.

  "oh, thanks for your interest and concern brothers.

  this means a lot.

  I leave out the last part. When telling a lie try to avoid pouring it on to thick. If they ask you questions that put you in danger of getting DF's say something like this 'I rather not say because it is personal' or 'I'm surprised you asked that question why did you ask it by the way?'
